Adult classes now both evenings and daytime
Evening classes end
A major part of our work has been with Coventry, and then Warwickshire, Councils to provide opportunities to learn the Celtic harp through evening classes. This has lead to the community of enthusiasts who underpin everything else we do.
The class will no longer be running. This is for a combination of reasons, not least the stress of tutors having to gain more and more qualifications to be allowed to continue teaching, and for the course to justify itself in convoluted 'learning outcomes' which are several steps removed from reality.
New harp group
It is wonderful, that faced with the end of the council organised classed, the students chose to set up their own harp group to keep the momentum.
